Recipes for Culinary Lavender

At Peacham Lavender Farm, we grow three carefully selected culinary lavender varieties—Hidcote Blue, SuperBlue, and Munstead—chosen for their flavor, fragrance, and versatility in the kitchen.

Harvested at peak bloom and gently dried to preserve their natural oils, our culinary lavender buds bring a subtle floral note to both sweet and savory creations. We are proud to supply local restaurants, bakeries, and pubs throughout Vermont and New England, where our lavender is used to craft everything from infused cocktails and syrups to desserts and seasonal specialties. Whether steeped in a simple syrup, folded into pastry, or used to elevate a signature drink, our culinary lavender adds a distinctive touch of the farm and a hint of Vermont’s countryside to every bite and sip.
