About the Farm
Welcome Friends!
Nestled among the rolling hills of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, Peacham Lavender Farm is a place where lavender, flowers, and a love of simple living come together.
Our story began with a dream: to transform a portion of our 70-acre hillside field into a sea of fragrant lavender. What started with a few hundred plants has grown into a thriving farm featuring more than 1,500 lavender plants, five cultivars of lavender, and an ever-changing collection of seasonal flowers inspired by cottage gardens and the beauty of the Vermont countryside.
Our farm overlooks the White Mountains and rolling Peacham hills, and is home to apple trees, wild blackberries, abundant wildlife, and breathtaking views in every season. It's a place that continually inspires us and reminds us why we chose this journey.
The property was originally part of the historic Stevenson family farm and remained in the Stevenson family for nearly a century. Today, 20 acres of the property remain dedicated maple sugar woods, where members of the Stevenson family continue the tradition of tapping the trees and producing Vermont maple syrup each spring. We feel honored to continue the agricultural legacy of the land and hope future generations will follow the tradition.
By profession, we're both teachers. By passion, curiosity, and our love of nature, we've become flower farmers. Growing lavender in Vermont has taught us patience, resilience, and the importance of embracing both successes and setbacks. Between frigid winters, humid and wet summers, and the unpredictability of nature, every season brings new lessons and new reasons to be grateful.
Today, Peacham Lavender Farm is more than a farm. It's a celebration of flowers, fragrance, creativity, and community—and we're grateful to share our beautiful bouquets and handcrafted products with you!
Flower Sourcing
At Peacham Lavender Farm, we grow lavender and seasonal flowers using sustainable farming practices that prioritize soil health, pollinators, and the natural beauty of the land. In addition to the flowers grown on our Vermont farm, we partner with trusted local and domestic growers to source unique varieties that complement our designs and extend the seasonal offerings available to our customers. Today, we cultivate five cultivars of lavender alongside an ever-changing collection of heirloom and old-fashioned flowers, selected for their beauty, fragrance, and timeless garden elegance.

The Family Behind the Farm

Meet Dan, Cindy & Maggie!
Peacham Lavender Farm is the creation of Dan and Cindy Camber, a husband-and-wife team who have spent their careers educating Vermont students and their free time cultivating a love of flowers, lavender, and their land.
Cindy, an art teacher, has carried a lifelong passion for creativity, travel, and gardens. Having spent time living in Europe, she was deeply inspired by the lavender fields of Provence and the idea that a simple hillside could be transformed into a living blanket of fragrance, color, and beauty. That vision became the foundation for Peacham Lavender Farm.
Dan, an automotive instructor, has brought that vision to life through steady dedication to the practical side of farming. From infrastructure and systems to the day-to-day work that keeps everything running smoothly, he has played an essential role in building and sustaining the farm each season.
At the heart of Peacham Lavender Farm is a simple belief: small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference. Whether it's sharing a bouquet, offering a warm welcome at a farmers market, or helping a couple create the wedding flowers of their dreams, we hope our flowers bring a little more beauty, joy, and connection into the world.
